I just heard the news of Ms. Franklin's cancer and the first thing I did was pick up the phone and give her a call. For the last five years Ms. Franklin has been a great client and friend. A few years ago I was deep in sleep when I received a call and when I picked up the phone it was Ms. Franklin and she said, "Jordan", she calls me by my middle name, "Jordan I'm having a problem"! I was thinking I forgot to send an image of something, but then she say's I have to come up with the name of my new album and I'm stuck between two titles. Which one do you like"? I thought I was in a dream because this was the Queen of Soul asking me what I thought. A funny moment but one I'll never forget. Please pray for my friend and client!

I follow your blog and learn vicariously. This time you ask for our help. The prayers go up for healing and strength.
Mrs Franklin is indeed an icon. Very sad as strong as we are, we submit to small unseen life changing threats. My prayers are with her, friends, and family.
